SWEET N' TANGY CHICKEN AND RICE | |
2 bags Success Rice 4 boneless, skinless, seasoned chicken breasts 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen sugar snap peas, carrots, onions and mushrooms, thawed 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. soy sauce Prepare rice according to pkg. directions. In an oiled skillet, brown chicken on both sides. Add vegetables and heat through. In small bowl, combine honey, mustard and soy sauce. Pour into skillet with chicken and vegetables. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice. Garnish with parsley, if desired. |
