ASIAN CHICKEN 
3 lbs. frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 bulb (not clove!) fresh garlic, peeled and chopped
2 sm. dried hot peppers
3/4 c. distilled white vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and marinate for 2 hours.

Transfer to a broiler pan and roast at 375°F for about 1 hour or until done.

This chicken is also great on the barbecue.
