1 ready made pie crust
6 slices fried bacon
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. heavy cream
3 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Punch holes in pie crust. Crumble bacon over bottom of crust. Add cheese. Place aside. Mix cream cheese, milk and eggs well. Add seasoning and pour over bacon and cheese in pie shell.
