FROSTED COFFEE BARS 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cream

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with hot coffee. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 9"x13" greased baking pan for 15 to 20 minutes. Frost.

FROSTING: Combine all ingredients and spread on coffee bars.
