PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chunky pineapple, drain & keep juice
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 - 8 oz. pkg.)
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick melted butter
1 roll Ritz crackers (or Town House)

Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour. Put in buttered 8"x8" casserole dish. Mix butter with crushed crackers and sprinkle on top. Add three tablespoons pineapple juice on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
