PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted to spreading consistency

Combine pineapple with cheese. Mix flour and sugar. Stir flour mixture into pineapple mixture. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
