PEPPERMINT PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 qt. peppermint stick ice cream

Melt together chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir in Rice Krispies. Coat thoroughly. Press firmly into 9" pie pan. Chill until firm. Fill with peppermint stick ice cream and freeze.
