Feed: 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. instant potatoes 1 c. warm water Take out of refrigerator and feed every 3 to 5 days. 1 c. starter 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. corn oil 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 c. warm water 6 c. bread flour Make into stiff batter. Make into 3 rolls or in 1 big roll and put oil and turn so to get oil on top. Cover and let rise over night or until twice its size. Punch down and knead and put in 3 greased loaf pans. Cover lightly and let rise over night or until double in size. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and slice. |
