1 package whole white mushrooms 1/2 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. Montreal or Canadian Steak Seasoning spice blend These are easy and fabulous - everyone loves them. Clean and trim stem ends from mushrooms. Put mushrooms, oil and seasoning in a plastic bag. Marinate, the longer the better. Cook mushrooms on the grill, either on skewers or a grill pan for about 10 minutes until hot through and browned. I grilled these using Weber - Chicago Steak Seasoning. I marinated for approx., 8 hours. They are outstanding. This will now be a regular addition when grilling... It is amazing how something so simple can be so great.
