HOLIDAY EGGNOG 
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
6 eggs, well beaten
2 qt. orange juice (cold)
1/2 c. lemon juice (cold)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. ginger ale (cold)

Beat sugar and spices into eggs. Stir in the orange juice and lemon juice. Cut ice cream into chunks and place in punch bowl. Pour ginger ale over ice cream slowly; add egg mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Serves 20.
