ORANGE DELIGHT 
1 c. milk, scalded
2 eggs, separated and yolks beaten
1 sm. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Vanilla wafer crumbs
Brown sugar
Butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream, whipped

Add milk to egg yolks slowly; cook, stirring, until thickened. Cool. Mix gelatin with boiling water until dissolved; cool. Add to milk mixture; mix well. Chill until partially set. Place 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick layer of wafer crumbs in loaf pan. Cover with thin layer of brown sugar and butter, add pineapple. Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar gradually; fold in whipped cream. Fold into gelatin mixture; spread over pineapple. Chill until firm. Sprinkle with thin layer of wafer crumbs before serving. 8 servings.
