PEACH DELIGHT 
1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter (softened or melted)
3 eggs
Fresh peaches

Crush vanilla wafers for crust. Put in bottom of pan (one that can fit easily in refrigerator). Save enough crumbs for top. Mix powdered sugar and butter. Beat well, then add eggs. Beat well again. Pour over vanilla wafers. Put fresh peaches on top that have been just peeled and sliced. Add 2 cups of Cool Whip to the top of the peaches. Sprinkle the reserved wafer crumbs on top of the Cool Whip. Dot top with peaches. Keep refrigerated until serving.
