FROSTY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. ice cream (softened, vanilla)

Blend all ingredients. Place in either a baked pie crust or graham cracker crust. Freeze until ready to serve.
