STRAWBERRY SPONGE TORTE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, slightly thawed
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped or whipped topping
1 sponge cake, cut in cubes

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Fold in whipped cream. Toss in cake cubes and strawberries and place in greased spring form pan or large mixing bowl. Chill overnight. Turn out on platter. Frost with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Garnish with whole berries. Serves 10 to 12.
