STRAWBERRY TORTE 
4 pkgs. lady fingers (no icing) or angel food cake
1 each 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. softened cream cheese
16 oz. frozen strawberries
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Line sides and bottom of pan with cake. Put gelatin and water in blender. Cover at medium speed until dissolved. Remove blender cover, gradually add cream cheese and blend. When smooth, add strawberries, blend. Pour over cake. Whip cream until stiff, add sugar, put in top of gelatin mixture. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Makes 15 squares.
