1 c. cream cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. Makes 20 (4 inch) cakes.
