CHOCOLATE-DIPPED WONDERS 
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Chocolate shots

Cream butter with sugar; gradually sift in flour, blending well; stir in chopped nuts. Chill 1 hour or until dough is firm enough to handle. Form dough into 2 inch fingers, rolling between your hands; place on ungreased cookie sheets and press with finger to flatten.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until pale golden; cool on wire racks.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate bits in cup over hot water; dip one end of cookie into chocolate and then into chocolate shots. Place on rack until chocolate has set.
