ELEGANT CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 oz. chipped dried beef
4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream (with or without chives)
Paprika

Cover casserole dish bottom with dried beef. Place chicken breasts on top of dried beef and cover; microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Blend soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and microwave at 70% power for 18 to 20 minutes. Let set 5 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
