MINI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. white bread, torn (approximately 2 slices)
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. parsley
Sauce (below)

Mix together and make meatballs about the size of a small walnut.

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. grape jelly

Mix together. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Use a glass dish. A double recipe will fill a 9x13 inch glass pan.
