EASY MINI PIZZAS 
1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 oz. sliced pepperoni
1-2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Flatten biscuits 1 at a time between palms of hands, place on cookie sheet. Spread tomato sauce over biscuits. Arrange pepperoni slices on top, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
