CURRIED CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 whole chicken breasts
3 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
Butter

Cook chicken, skin, bone and cut into bite size pieces. Line the bottom of 3 quart baking dish with broccoli. Add chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with grated cheese. Generously cover with stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

May substitute asparagus for broccoli.
