CANDIED DILL HAM SALAD 
The best ham salad recipe ever developed... the candied dill pickles make all the difference!

2 lb. leftover baked ham
1 Vidalia onion
1 jar candied dill spears
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. pepper

Grind ham, onion and pickles in a hand-crank meat grinder. Add pepper and mayonnaise and stir until blended.

Serve on toast (preferably sourdough), and enjoy!
