HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 12-inch pan.

Topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick butter

Mix and sprinkle over casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
