DAVY JONES TUNA BAKE 
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna, flaked (with oil)
1/2 c. shredded sharp process cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. chopped celery
Tuna Celery Sauce

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches, or oblong pan, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Stir in 1 1/2 cans of the tuna, 1/4 cup of the cheese, the onion, pimento and celery. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot with tuna celery sauce.

Makes 9 servings.

TUNA CELERY SAUCE:

In small saucepan, mix:

1 c. milk
Remaining 1/2 can tuna

Heat through.
