CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
Vanilla wafer cookies
Cupcake papers
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling

Let cream cheese soften. Mix all ingredients together, except pie filling. Put the cupcake papers into cupcake pan. Place a vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper and fill 3/4 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. When cool, top with cherry pie filling. This makes 1 dozen.
