CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

CREAM FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients for filling before starting batter. Refrigerate filling while you make batter.

For batter, mix flour, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, sugar, and oil. Put water in last. Mix well.

Fill 2 1/2 inch cupcake papers 1/3 full of batter. Add 1 teaspoon of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yields 18.
