BROILED TUNA AND TOMATO
CASSEROLE
 
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
6 slices bread
7 oz. tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
6 thick slices tomato

Cut Swiss cheese into strips. Combine tuna, dry mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish, green pepper and onion; place on bread and top with tomato slices and cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
