ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 8 oz. crescent dinner rolls 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 2 tbsp. butter, melted Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce. Heat until bubbly and hot. Combine cheese and sour cream. Pour hot meat mixture into an ungreased 9"x13" dish. Spoon cheese mixture over meat. Separate crescent dough into two rectangles, place rectangles over cheese mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter. Crumble evenly over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes. Serves 6. |
