ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. quick crescent rolls
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce; heat until hot and bubbly. Combine cheese and sour cream. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 12 x 8 inch or 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture over meat. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Place rectangles over cheese mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter. Crumble evenly over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

TOP: To reheat cover loosely with foil; heat at 305 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
