POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (I use Ore Ida)
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream

Thaw potatoes. Mix all above ingredients together. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan.

Spread over the top your choice of:

Additional grated cheese OR
2 c. crushed cornflakes &
1/2 stick melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees - 45 minutes.

Serves 10 to 12 persons.
