DUTCH POTATOES 
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. sweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter

Stir applesauce into mashed potatoes and add curry powder. Mix well and spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees about 1/2 hour or until hot. Broil for about about 3 minutes until potatoes begin to brown. Sprinkle top with paprika. Serves 4.
