PA. DUTCH POTATO FILLING 
1 qt. mashed potatoes
3 slices bread, cubed
1 sm. onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 eggs

Saute onion and celery in 1 tablespoon butter. Add bread, onion and celery and 2 eggs to mashed potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
