EVERYDAY COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil

Stir together Bisquick mix and sugar. Combine milk, egg and oil. Mix together and then add to the dry mixture. Beat ingredients by hand and pour into a greased 8" round glass dish. Pour glaze over ingredients.

GLAZE:

1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend glaze ingredients until crumbly. Microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes, turning once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
