CLAM FRITTERS 
2-3 cans minced clams, drained (preserve juice for batter)

BATTER:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 cup milk
1/2 cup clam liquor
2 eggs (well beaten)

Make a batter of flour, baking powder, Old Bay seasoning, milk, clam liquor and well beaten eggs. Add minced clams and mix well.

Drop tablespoon fulls into hot oil (360-370°F) for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove and drain on wire rack or paper towels.
