HARD TACK OR FLAT BREAD 
2 c. sour cream (not cultured)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda in flour
Pinch of salt
Flour to make a stiff dough

Roll thin on well floured pastry board, using a flat bread rolling pin. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven - it will get crisp when cool. (I let it brown on both sides.)
