"UNCLE PORKY" CHICKEN 
5 lg. chicken breasts
1 c. milk
3 eggs
Salt, pepper, poultry season to taste
1 box Bisquick
1 box Corn Flakes
Planters Peanut Oil

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Soak in 1 cup milk, eggs, salt, pepper and poultry season (mixed well). Place in refrigerator 1 hour. Mix Corn Flakes and Bisquick mix until color is beige. Coat chicken in mixture and fry 4 minutes each side in peanut oil. For deep fryer, cook chicken 4 minutes at 450 degrees.
