CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped very fine
2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. whole milk
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Simmer chopped broccoli, in boiling water until tender. Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk and stir until smooth. Add broccoli and water to milk mix and stir until creamed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add nutmeg and float lemon slices in soup until flavor is noticeable. Remove lemon slices and serve.
