CHOPS 'N RICE 
1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice mix
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
4 oz. can mushrooms
6 lean pork chops
Salt and paprika

Mix contents of rice mix, soup and water in 10 inch pan. Add mushrooms. Arrange pork chops on top. Bake covered for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
