STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
Salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. milk
2 c. bread crumbs
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1/4 c. melted butter

Sprinkle pork chops with 1 teaspoon salt and paprika. Place in shallow pan and pour milk over pork chips. Combine bread crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, onion, celery, and butter with small amount of additional milk to moisten. Place stuffing in center of each chop. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
