ONE PAN PORK CHOPS | |
3-8 pork chops (any cut) Several med. sized potatoes, peeled or unpeeled 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. cooking oil Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder (optional) Wash and slice potatoes. Brown pork chops in oil. Add potatoes, mushroom soup, and milk to get consistency of gravy. Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until chops are tender. Time varies with cut of chops. |
