PUMPKIN "GINGERBREAD" DIAMONDS 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (16 oz.) sold pack pumpkin
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Mix dry ingredients, add pumpkin, oil and eggs. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 stick butter
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread on cooled bars.
