CHEESE CAKE DIAMONDS 
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour & 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. granulated white sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and walnuts. Set 1 cup of this aside for topping. Press remainder in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Blend 1/2 cup granulated sugar and cream cheese. Add 1 egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat these together and spread over bottom crust. Sprinkle reserved topping over top. Bake 25 minutes longer. Cool and slice into diamonds.
