CHEESE DIAMONDS 
10 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. granulated sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In mixing bowl cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Set aside 2 cups of mixture for topping. Press remainder in bottom of 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Meanwhile blend granulated sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread cheese mixture over bottom crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes more. Cool then chill. When chilled cut into diamond.
