QUICK & EASY RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. or more sliced rhubarb
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1 c. water
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1/3 c. melted butter

Spread rhubarb evenly in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and Jello powder. Sprinkle with cake mix. Drizzle with water and butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
