CORN CASSEROLE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 cans cream style corn
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix

Mix all together and pour into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put grated cheese on top 5 minutes before it's done.
