2 cans cream style corn
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
