CORN CASSEROLE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. oil
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix

Mix well. Pour in 9"x11" dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. This can be halved, using small cans of corn and 1/2 package Mexican cornbread mix. Egg Beaters can be substituted for whole eggs.
