POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Put hash brown and melted butter in 9x13 pan. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine this mixture with the potatoes. Mix together corn flakes and melted butter. Place on top of potatoes.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
