SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Topping:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake in 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Remove and put on topping.

Topping: Melt butter, add sugar, nuts and corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.

Bake 15 minutes at 400°F.
