SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter

Combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, melted butter, milk and vanilla. Do not clean beaters off after mixing. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, pecans and melted butter. Spread over potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until topping has browned.
